Major changes to the I.T. Industry forced some extraordinary changes to the business.  In combination with the 9/11 issues the software environment stabilised to the point where there were massive job losses in the industry. 

We lost several major customers whose livelihoods depended on USA clients and as they went bust we also saw a big drop-off in support for smaller clients as we finally got hardware that could meet the demands of the Microsoft software.  Things got stable for the clients and we had to cut staff.  In addition the ISP business became cutthroat with costly new technology coming in (ADSL) so we closed up the shop and started working from home. We had 2 staff doing website maintenance and I.T. support for our remaining network clients.
